Startup Launchpad · Doha, Qatar

Launch Your Venture on Enterprise-Grade Rails.

All-in-one technical enablement for startups in Qatar: bespoke web & mobile apps, WPS-ready ERP & accounting, and managed IT infrastructure with guaranteed milestones.

01 · Package Matrix

Three ways to
get off the ground.

Each tier is a complete launch, not a stripped-down trial. Start where your operation actually is — you can move up a tier mid-engagement without rebuilding what we already shipped.

TIER 01

Digital Presence

Delivery2–3 Weeks

Everything a newly registered company needs to be credible online and start capturing demand from day one.

  • Bilingual (AR/EN) Next.js website with full RTL layout
  • SEO foundation, schema markup, and analytics instrumentation
  • Lead capture forms wired to your inbox and CRM
  • Business email on your own domain
  • DNS, SSL, and managed cloud hosting configured for you
Scope Tier 01
TIER 03

Full-Stack Enterprise

Delivery6–10 Weeks

For ventures launching with real scale, funded roadmaps, or enterprise and public-sector customers on day one.

  • Custom web platform plus a cross-platform mobile app
  • Multi-role admin portal with granular permissions
  • Custom ERP workflows modelled on your actual operation
  • Multi-currency accounting, QAR-native
  • Zero-Trust network architecture with VPN access
  • High-availability cloud and dedicated SLA-backed support
Scope Tier 03

Pricing is scoped per venture — engagements typically start at QAR 25,000. Every tier includes source-code ownership and a fixed milestone schedule.

02 · Why GRAY DATA

What you get that
you can't get elsewhere.

Most startups in Qatar end up stitching together a web agency, an ERP reseller, and an IT contractor. Three vendors, three contracts, and nobody accountable for the seams between them.

VALUE 01

100% IP & source code ownership

You own everything we build — repositories, infrastructure, and documentation transfer to you at handover. No proprietary runtime, no per-seat licence on your own product, no vendor lock-in.

  • Full repository and commit history transferred
  • Infrastructure-as-code, so your stack is reproducible
  • You can hire another firm tomorrow and they can pick it up
VALUE 02

Local compliance and integration

Qatari requirements are designed in from the first sprint rather than retrofitted before launch. Data residency, payroll, and payments are treated as architecture decisions, not late-stage paperwork.

  • PDPPL-aligned data residency and retention policy
  • Wage Protection System payroll and bank-tested SIF output
  • Local payment gateway and bank integrations
VALUE 03

A single unified technical partner

One contract and one SLA across DevOps, ERP, and software engineering. When something breaks at 9pm, there is no argument about whether it is the hosting vendor, the ERP reseller, or the app developer.

  • One accountable team across cloud, ERP, and product
  • One SLA covering the whole stack
  • Senior engineers on the account, not a rotating bench
03 · Delivery Process

Four steps,
fixed milestones.

You know what lands each week and what it depends on. Milestones are contractual — if a date is going to slip, you hear it from us before it does.

  1. Week 1

    Discovery & Architecture Blueprint

We map your operation, actors, and data before writing code. You leave week one with a written architecture blueprint, a milestone schedule, and a fixed scope — not an estimate range that drifts.

  2. Weeks 2–4

Core ERP Config & Web Build

The chart of accounts, inventory model, and payroll rules are configured against Qatari requirements while the bilingual front end is built in parallel. You review working software weekly, not status decks.

  3. Weeks 5–6

    Gateway Integration & UAT

Payment gateways, bank WPS files, and any third-party systems are wired up and tested end to end. Your team runs structured user-acceptance testing against real scenarios, and we fix what it surfaces.

  4. Go-live

    Go-Live, Staff Training & Handover

We deploy to production, train your staff in Arabic or English, and hand over the source code, infrastructure credentials, and documentation. Optional SLA support continues from there.

04 · Next step

Let's scope your launch.

Thirty minutes with a senior engineer. We'll tell you which tier fits, what it realistically takes, and where you could spend less — even if that means a smaller engagement.

Tell us what you're launching and when. A senior engineer replies within one business day with an honest read on the right tier — no sales deck, no obligation.
